Used a promo code, items sent were not as described quality wise. They wouldn't even entertain the thought of me sending the items back THE SAME DAY RECEIVED UNWORN TAGS STILL ON IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING because "they were sale items" .. only bc I took advantage of a coupon 10% off code.

We genuinely feel bad that we had to reject your return request. Unfortunately as we have explained previously It is clearly stated in our return policy. Our hands are tied. Also we noticed that you are not fully telling the truth as we've been catching it around. It was not a 10% discount, it was a sale and it was more. We do not appreciate dishonesty. You have filed a chargeback and looks like you are waiting for an answer. The rejecting of your return request was based on our policies at that time. Just as many other large companies out here in the US, we have a right to hold the customers responsibile to read all policies before making a purchase and honoring them. We as a company who is trying to be honest and transparent, deserve to be treated with more respect.

Color is good! A vibrant green. Sandals are very flimsy, but the price reflects that. You get what you pay for.
These sandals are cute, but would not wear them if you are walking much. the buckle rubs against your foot and there is zero support, you really feel the ground. I don’t imagine they will last very much longer.
